Nelson Chavez is our Supervisor of Maintenance, here at Paul Calvo & Company. He has been employed with our company for over 13 years. He started at our company as maintenance personnel and now supervises a large crew of maintenance in the Inland Empire, covering San Bernardino, L.A. and Riverside Counties. Nelson has worked in this field for over 30 years.
He is a certified General Contractor and Air Conditioning repair man. His keen eye with attention to detail when inspecting a property, his excellent ability to communicate with everyone from tenants to investors in both fluent English and Spanish along with his ability to know what the client needs has made him invaluable to our team. He is meticulous, efficient and dedicated to his work.
